Design of palm assembly for “Vyommitra” ISRO's Half Humanoid Robot
Designed palm assembly having kinematic links and actuators embedded. The project was a challenging one with complex mechanism and aesthetics in balance.

Movable Camera-Tower Structure — Kerala Cricket Association
Design and development of a movable camera-tower structure which is 11 meter high and weighs over 5 ton at SD College, Alappuzha for Kerala Cricket Association. The tower moves on a rail track and can align to any of the 9 pitches. FE analysis was conducted for different load conditions.

Prosthetic Face Design for “Vyommitra” ISRO's Half Humanoid
Design and development activities of prosthetic face design of ISRO's Vyommitra. The task was to develop a human-like face and its mold in CAD and 3D print the same.

Indhan — The Decentralized Small Scale Biodiesel Plant
Quoin Mechanics delivered a comprehensive turnkey solution for Indriyam Biologics' Indhan project — a fully automated, decentralized small-scale biodiesel plant. Scope covered complete plant architecture, custom automation, PLC programming, and facility layout design.

2D Drafting Package — Automatic Spinning Machine
Produced a complete manufacturing drawing package for an automatic coir spinning machine. Drawings were prepared to BIS standards and delivered ready for third-party fabrication and inspection.

Rapid Prototyping — Medical Equipment
Delivered four iterative prototypes for a medical diagnostic device ergonomically designed considering the patient's and doctor's perspective. Each cycle refined geometry, material, and assembly method based on user feedback, culminating in a production-ready design.
